NORDIC’s Claims-Made Professional Liability Policy
NORDIC’s Dental Liability Insurance policy covers your legal obligations for injury due to acts or omissions in the rendering of professional services. This is a Claims Made policy, meaning that a claim must be made against you during the policy period for injury arising out of direct patient treatment.
Professional Liability Insurance covers the following:
- Prior Acts Coverage (if needed and by request)
- Extended Reporting Period Endorsement (if needed and by request)
- Welfare and Pension Plan Coverage
- Regulatory Authority Legal Defense or
- Employment Practice Liability Legal Defense Reimbursement
It covers the following people:
- Licensed Dentists (the named insured)
- Paradental Employees
- Partnership or Dental Corporation (corporate policy is available)
- Locum Tenens
